オーストラリアのビザの申請はとほとんどがオンラインで申請可能です。ここでは以下の状況を想定しています。
「現在オーストラリアに観光ビザまたはワーキングホリデー・ビザで滞在している方が最初の学生ビザをオンラインで取得する」
オーストラリアのビザのオンライン申請は、オーストラリア移民局
DIAC
（The Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs ）の
Online
Applications
から英語で行います。以下は2009年5月時点での英語の入力フォームについて解説しています。すべてを解説しているわけではないので、あくまで参考としてお考えださい。しかし、日本から観光ビザ、ワーキングホリデー・ビザ、学生ビザを申請する場合、オーストラリアで学生ビザを延長する場合にも十分に参考になると思います。ただし、クレジットカードをお持ちでない方はオンライン申請ができませんのでご注意ください（下記参照）。
ちなみに、オーストラリアの自分の銀口座からオンラインで支払いができる
BPAY でも支払いは可能ですが、BPAY
って何？という方にはオススメしません。
